"I appreciate the willingness to accommodate us on a first floor room since my husband has some back issues. I was given a second floor room initially and when I requested an exchange Ana made the arrangements very quickly. They certainly know how to keep customers happy. Lysol took care of. Total bill was to be 76.00 but in checking charge from Hotel.com it charged me 79.81, WHY THE EXTRA INCREASE?. "
