"Nice lobby and updated room furnishings. The WiFi was terrible - could not conduct my business meeting over Zoom from my room despite the front desk agent resetting the router. The mattress was thin & hard and the pillows were very flat. We asked for extra pillows which helped a bit. Overall, the hotel was very clean & updated, which was good."

The barking could be heard in the entrance area at least 5 rooms away and there was nothing staff could do since the occupant was out. "
