I arrived in the midnight after the reception was closed and clear check in instructions were sent to me on the day of check in, the room is very spacious and clean with fresh towels , breakfast was good with tasty options. "This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"Checking in was easy. Elisa was very helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and she kept in touch with me before checkin, to make sure we knew exactly where to go. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. My husband had a nice chat with the owner and said he was very informative and friendly. We loved our stay at Belmonte and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place."

"A small hotel in Tirrenia with a lovely restaurant, loved the food. 45 min bus ride to Pisa. 10 min walk to cafes and other restaurants by the beach. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the bus ride. 20 minute drive to Pisa airport. "

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
