"Be prepared when you check in, you scan a barcode go to a website then upload your passport photos and pay the local tax. Then you get the passcode to get in. Not horrible but should be full explained before you book. -Maybe it was but I didn't see it. Not sure why you can't do it all before arriving at the door. PLace is OK but not deluxe. Owner was very nice and friendly"

"Extremely friendly staff who even facilitated an early check in for us. The hotel is only a three minute walk from the lake and our room had a view of the castle which was nice. The rooms were clean and cosy. A very nice stay "

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend you to stay here and travel around. Go to other small cities and go hiking, if you like it. The city center is very chaming. The hostel has a beautiful mountain view and is quite cozy. Amazing place!"

"The Gasperin is a pleasant hotel in an attractive area. The weather was cloudy and wet for most of our stay. The room we were in was on the ground floor and quite dark which might have been ok if it was sunny but it wasn’t. The area is pretty and although the hotel doesn’t offer evening meals there is a reasonable selection of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The sun started to shine as we left and the lake was breathtaking. "

"Very accommodating host with excellent communication who made us feel very welcome. Very well situated property close to the lake, restaurants and a supermarket. "

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"this cabins and the hotel are located at 1600 m above sea level, the view is amazing, surrounded by beautiful mountains ,there are tons of things to do for all age groups, the breakfast is included, it is a buffet, the food is amazing, the hotel restaurant also serves a buffet dinner at a good price, there are two other restaurants in the property. the cabin is well equipped, and clean, this place is like paradise on earth. if you are using a GPS , the address is 50 not 48, you can contact the...

"Es handelt sich hierbei um KEIN Hostel. Man landet in einem Mehrbettzimmer für10 Personen, mit einem kleinen Tisch im Raum Tisch und einem gemischten Bad. Kein Kühlschrank, keine Küche. Hostel Paradise ist in dem Fall sehr misleading. Schade. "

"Other than that from the description I expected our own bathroom everything was very nice. For one-night stay we did not miss A/C or a dishwasher, this might be a downside of a longer stay. Parking was good and the owner was very nice. The WiFi worked OK. We do recommend this place!"

"The owner was wonderful. She met us when we checked in with a welcome drink and a great appetizer that we had for dinner. She had tons of maps and information on surrounding things to see. The room was great and very clean and warm. They even had a washer and dryer for us to use for free. This was one of the friendliest hotels I have ever been to and can not wait to come back."
