"Everything was great but the lady at the front desk was very rude. She was not personable at all. When you would walk by her she would not even look at you or greet you. Not acknowledge you at all. I did not like that. You need to get someone that smiles and talks, which makes for great customer service. Have to say the gentleman that worked the afternoon before was wonderful. He let me know everything I needed to know and small chit chat. Makes a difference......."
