Didn’t sleep all night, very noisy. The individuals next to us (216) very noisy, tv very loud, till 11:30, then the arguing started at 2:30am, a lot of profanity and pounding at door to get back in the room. I’m sure everyone one on that floor heard it. Not sure if we will stay again

Staff was rude. They were always in the back and when we arrived I had to clear my throat so they knew I was there, the lady come out and says, “ Is there something I can help you with?” Only gave us two towels, had to ask for the remote for the tv then it didn’t even turn it on or off. No coffee machine in the rooms. It was awful

I paid for a King size bed and we got a Queen size. There was what looked like feces on the walls snd ceiling and the sheets were dirty. Shoe marks on the inside of the sheets. It was so bad we asked for a refund for the second night bc we booked elsewhere. They said I had to go thru Expedia for that.

I never leave a review but this place definitely deserves one. I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly not worth what I paid. The girl at the front desk gave me 0 information. Going into my room the floor was super sticky and I wet a towel and that sucker was black by the time I wiped down the floor. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain efficiently so you had to use it in intervals or it would fill up quickly. I stayed here for the kitchen to come to find out they didn't have any kitchen utensils and told me they didn't have any but I could buy a set they had in the back. Two teenagers broke out into a fight in the hallway that was a first. The next night the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and the lady at the front desk had a new born and failed to provide any of us with information on why it went off. Terrible stay, you can spend 20 extra dollars to not stay at a place like this. If this was a $50 dollar a night place I would get it but it was around $250 a night. I'd rather be lathered in black tar than stay at this place again. Do better

This is not someplace a handicapped person should ever go. I am mildly disabled and there is nothing that addresses that. Doors are hard to open, the entire property is difficult to navigate. The room itself was stale. The bed was so squeaky every time I just moved a little. It’s way too high. And the hvac unit is so loud and clunky. There was screaming and fighting in the hallway the night I stayed. On the plus side the staff was kind and professional. I would not stay there again.

A Royal Mix-up I recently stayed at Woodspring Suites, where I booked a room with a king-sized bed through Expedia. Or so I thought. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find a queen-sized bed staring back at me. Inquiring about the discrepancy, the front desk assured me that I had "requested a handicap queen room." I laughed, but it was not a joke... The justification? A "walk-in shower." (Upon inspection, the shower and tub were utterly ordinary.) There were no king beds available, so I dropped the issue and decided to enjoy my handicap queen. The Good: Amusing front desk interactions, ordinary shower and tub masquerading as handicap-friendly, a healthy dose of confusion to keep things interesting, plenty of tape over the batteries in the tv remote for secure functionality. The Not-So-Good: Room mix-up, misrepresentation of amenities, sorely missed king-sized bed. Oh, and we received a scolding from the front desk for our too-loud love-making, but it was a 11pm on a Saturday night so what the hell else were we supposed to do!?

With the exception of the appliances, this was a bare minimum hotel stay. No red flags, but the cheapest linens and furniture, everything was extra, including replacement of a lost key card and kitchen items for the stove.

The first room given to me, the room wasn’t made, beds were unmade and room smelt horrible. The second room given to me, was very dirty, stunk, sink in the bathroom leaked very badly and the bathroom fan didn’t work. No toilet paper, towels nor washcloths.
