"The room was brand new, recently remodeled. A beautiful room and bathroom. You can walk to a fast food restaurant and a large drug store. Pool is great. Exercise room super as is Business room with computers. Breakfast super great. Convenient washer and dryer for long stays (which we were). A really nice travel experience. My only suggestion is to post something that says entrance is NOT on Kings Highway and to get a sign to show the entrance and a light! We had a tough time finding the...

"Wonderful hotel! I had a view of horse training that was across from the hotel. Walking distance from McDonald's, Waffle House and other eats. Moments from Punta Gorda airport and I75, just a perfect spot."

"The room was nice, it had a mini frig & microwave along with a nice tv. Water pressure was good & plenty of hot water. I stayed 2 nights and was told the room doesn't get cleaned during my stay, I was fine with that. Breakfast was good. The carpeting in the hallways and elevator could use an update. Overall I was happy with my stay."

"Room was clean, comforter on the beds were dusty. Person living a couple doors down was running and raving up a motorcycle late at night. Woman living in room directly next door yelling all hours of the night at the 7 dogs living in the room. "
