"We stayed in the cabins for a ski weekend. They were clean and had all the basics you can ask for in the kitchen. The cabins are knotty pine and rustic. The property is in a very nice location along the river. It was quiet and peaceful, with close access to poncha and the ski mountain. The owner is attentive and friendly. We will return."

"Had a great time here at the cabin. It is very simple and the perfect place for an in nature getaway. It is a small and home cabin with antique fixtures. The bed is not the most comfortable and the shower needs some care. The cabin also does not lock from the inside (only the outside) which is a little odd. But besides that I would come Back!"

"We enjoyed this cabin immensely for our long ski weekend. It was so cozy and the fire a-blazing made for an incredibly warm and relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to allow us to prep our dinners and breakfasts. The proximity to Monarch, Salida, and the river were ideal. The host, Charles, was attentive and friendly. We will be back!!"
