The breakfast is included and they have a good variety of items. We stayed for one night and it was good for the value and good distance between St Pete and Tampa. "

"The place is under renovation and the people doing the renos are working very hard to complete the work. Once completed it will be very nice. Everyone we encountered at this place were beyond helpful. Vontinentsl breakfast was excellent and very clean and well kept."
