"This is an older hotel but it is clean and comfortable. I stayed in an air-conditioned room with hot shower. The room was away from the road and quiet. The food market and river are just a few minutes walk away. "

"Staff said it's overbooking when i arrived there. So they changed my room to Vayla samran1 (we had to drive to vayla1 it is located in a different spot) which the room is cheaper, lots of noises and not that comfy as in Vayla2. When i asked the housemaid she told me that the room in vayla2 still available that's so contrast what the lady staff said. I was so disappointed during stayover there. The room was not clean, no fridge, and hot water machine didn't work."

"Spacious room well equipped with everything we needed. Clean and convenient location to floating and train markets. The woman who works at the check in counter was very kind and helpful. "So, after having such nice welcomes.everywhere I've ever been in Thailand, here was a bit of a shock. There is no real welcome and interaction comes across at best nonplussed, at worst rude. But if you come prepared for that and you have a room on the raft, they are lovely and are good value for the price. Once you get over the lack of interaction with anyone.... It's great! The view from the river are really lovely to wake up to."

"This small resort was a very relaxing 1 night stay, the place is as per the pictures, beautiful gardens, very pretty and quirky. We were the only guests there. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great, comfortable but hard bed and good shower. They only cook breakfast but we found a local bbq restaurant that was great value for dinner."

"When we arrived they didn’t have our booking which was worrying but luckily they had a room for us. The room itself is incredibly basic and the bed is very hard. The communal area is quite nice overlooking the lake and there is tea and coffee available. Good location walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops etc. The service wasn’t brilliant, the staff kept themselves to themselves and made you feel like you were in the way a little. I guess you get what you pay for with this place! "
