An OK option in a town without many. Rooms a little tired, but bedding and towels fine. Breakfast a reasonable spread, but didn't go on second morning. Coffee at Amazon in the building a good alternative to instant coffee sachets.

The place wasn’t clean, had 2 room’s where the aircon units leak water drip down the wall first time was on the side table on my phone when it was on charge second time just send house keeping to clean it instead of dealing with the problem. Black mould on showers shower fittings damaged, full of scale and black mould hole in bathroom door and where the shower hose comes out the wall just the fitting just hanging off, it’s a cheap hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again, breakfast is limited this is the 5th place I’ve stayed in Thailand and the worst,

Xen Hotel - Great hotel
Room as perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel overall very clean. Good restaurant on site with good food choices and acceptable pricing. The only 2 issues were a slow checkout and only 1 lift in operation when the hotel seemed quite busy. Would certainly stay here again
