"The building, dining area and bar are very nice. My room was great. I had a difficult journey due to traffic and severe weather so hadn't booked to eat. They served me a meal, so I was lucky, but food service closed around 8pm. The waiter asked me to tip. I was going to anyway, as always do unless service is bad. But staff should not ask customers to tip. We are not in the USA."

"It's 1:02 in the morning and still the pub is full of drunk, loud people singing at the top of their lungs. Management must be encouraging it since no one has told them to go home. When you have guest rooms, you should practice respect for your guests who are trying to sleep!! Never again will we come here. "
