"This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Brussels, just steps from the large city park. The breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room size; when the trundle bed was pulled out, it blocked access to the bathroom. "when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

The lower part of wall could have been repainted.Whether windows closed or open noise outside is terrible people speaking loudly without consideration especially around midnight. "Good Only issue was that the water did not drain fast enough when the shower was on had to keep turning the shower off and wait for,ti to drain so it did not overflow the shower cubicle "

"Ibis was à Nice place for us. Close to a train station, 2 stations away from gare du midi downtown and they’re offering breakfast buffet for €10 extra every morning. Could have been half the amount… Overall it’s a pleasant place."
