"The overall stay was ok. My heater was loud in my first room and I was able to switch rooms the second night. The rooms need upgrading but ok for an overnight stay. No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages."

The ladies at the front desk were courteous, efficient and informative. The check in process was quick. My room was spotless, loved the huge television, lighting, and near compartments for clothing, ect.
