"The area was not the best, but we had no issues. The continental breakfast was great- much more extensive than many places we’ve stayed."

"I would give our stay at Glen Eyrie 10 stars if I could. We stayed in the Big Horn Lodge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the castle was included with our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was so much to do (tours of the castle, exploring the grounds and lots of hiking trails) that we didn’t get to do it all. We will definitely be coming back! "

"Pool and hot tub were very nice, keys never worked to get into the area though so other guests or staff had to let us in. Breakfast was good, good options. Was quiet and view of mountains were great. Ice machine didn’t work and no vending machine as advertised on the signs. Bed was pretty hard for my comfort but the kids liked it. Overall great stay. "

"Nice place in downtown Colorado Springs. The rooms are a bit small, but very well done. The check out time of 10 am seems a little steep for a hotel. The restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner. I would consider this place again in the future."

"Overall was a good stay. It was quiet. Room had 2 tvs and only 1 worked. I’m not sure if they dropped our sheets before putting them in the bed or what but the sheets were dirty. Breakfast was very good and the staff were super friendly and helpful"
