"First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

"WOW, what an amazing property. Very modern, clean, warm and comfortable. Filled with everything you could need. The welcome pack and handed painted, hand written card was a classy touch. "The location was great. It had everything we needed. It was just outdated and as not used often could do with a good spring clean. Great size rooms, and sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Overall a wonderfully peaceful property. Our first trip with our dog and she loved the freedom and the woods for walks. "
