"The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for 8 nights on a B&B basis. The room was fairly large and clean, the WiFi worked perfectly, and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite not speaking much English. The only exception was Stephanie who spoke English and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my stay. "Llegamos y la casa aparentemente estaba bien, pero al hacer uso del baño la cisterna quedaba derrochando agua de manera contínua, nos fuimos a duchar y no había alfombrilla para la salida, quisimos poner el televisor y no funcionaba, no pude deshacer la maleta pues no había perchas en el armario, preguntamos si era posible quedarmos un día más y ya estamos en casa y aún no nos han contestado."
