"The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff. "

"The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since it’s not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for ‘check-in.’ Despite all this, they still collect a ‘deposit,’ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here."

"It's a horrible hotel. Took 1 hour to check-in, staff are all junior. The hotel building is under mortgage. Swimming pool is not accessible to hotel guests. The lift stopped functioning for 2 hours. Reception called me to check out 1 day before the actual check out date. I checked out a day before and stayed at another hotel. Couldn't bear it anymore."
