"I have been staying there for a while now, they still ask me for a damage deposit. One lady that works behind the counter looked so serious and looking mad. She never smiled, she should as it is a hospitality business. She seemed rude, she should get training for that."

"The check in was great, but the rooms are quite dated, which surprised us because the outside of the hotel looks nice. But they are totally renovating the 3rd floor, so...we had a main floor with a garden door. carpet had that musty smell. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast the next morning provided lots of hot an cold options - eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, teas, etc. "
