"The staff was accommodating and polite."

"It seems this hotel has gone through a recent remodel. Although at first glance it looked good but painting in some areas were very sloppy. Overall it didn’t bother me all that much. The area was in a good location for my needs. Only downside I can see for some people is the breakfast is lacking. They offered bagels, a waffle maker, and yogurt. I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay here again. "

"Nice spacious room with good layout. Only strange thing was- we came back after a day out to grab coats before dinner and the place was surrounded by 4 cop cars. Wasn’t 100% sure if it was safe to go in & yo to room. When I entered- two staff were at check in desk- so I asked what was going on and was given a funny look as if to say- none of your business. I asked again, and what I believe to be the manager (female)- answered rather curtly: They’re handling something for me”. Just seemed a...

"Why do they give us internet password when internet was constantly say N INTERNET. I attempted to place order of food for an hour and never was able to cc place ordered had go out late in dark and get some food to eat"

"Overall stay was very good, 5.stars first night 4 1/2 second night. I ended up booking a second night, as a separate booking, (unexpectedly ended up needing two nights...personal reasons). The first night the room was excellent, everything I needed, clean, walk and shower etc so I was very happy to book a second stay. 2nd night was not as good due to no ottoman which I enjoyed and used the first evening to sit and read (rooms 101 and 103, both accessible rooms) Both were only parking lot views...
