Front edge of toilet was extremely close to the vanity, had to somewhat straddle the toilet to keep knees from hitting the vanity. Air conditioning unit was noisy and vented out a window, which wasn't properly sealed nor had a screen. Facility is located on the corner of a very busy traffic junction.
