"This is by far my favourite stay in Antwerp but I’m afraid that a@o will ruin it by making nearly all the single rooms into multi person rooms as they are prone to do. If so, I will never stay here again and will avoid a@o altogether! "

"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

"You’re getting for what you pay for but in a good way. It’s clean enough (there were some brown stains on the wall in the bathroom but they seemed permanent,) the towels were thin and small, you can easily buy water and/or other beverages (beer/wine too) at the front desk. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but it really wasn’t bad. We stayed three nights and I would stay again. The staff is young but friendly and helpful. "Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "

"Comfortable room and good bathroom. Hotel is accessed through the attached restaurant, where breakfast is served. OK Buffet breakfast Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the train station. There is no lift, so if climbing stairs is a consideration, you might want to look elsewhere"
