"This isn’t a hotel but a hostel. There is no shower or bathroom in the room. I never seen any like that in over 20 years. It’s unacceptable especially since it wasn’t disclosed before arrival! The staff were friendly and the location was good. But also No (real) parking, meaning you had to park public which required resets g the parking clock every 1.5 hours. I made it work for me since I could park at my friends house but the fact that nothing of this is properly disclosed prior is terrible!!"

"We picked Arlette Hotel on our way back from Zermatt as it was very close to the train station. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The room had an 80s vibe which I loved. Continental breakfast was included and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Thank you Arlette! "

"The newly renovated suites are very spacious with a complete small Kitchen, dining corner and living room. Bedroom is separate from the living room & kitchen area. Quiet neighborhood with parking in front of the building. Tram station is 10 min walking distance."
