"The pros: Friendly staff and very safe. Comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Although our room was on the first floor and next to the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. Loved the breakfast. Hot water in restroom. The cons: Restroom needed some updating; sink did not drain well. Breakfast area is too small so fills up very quick. Also, the cleaning service trolley is way too loud! Overall: 4/5. Will consider staying again. "

But I had asked for a shuttle to the airport the next day, and the woman at the desk was really in a hurry and apparently she wrote it down for a wrong day because when I called in the morning to check out and confirm I wasn’t on the list. But the person who answered was able to put me on the list for that day, so it all worked out in the end."

"Had to pay an extra $15 a night to park in the hotel parking lot, not a lot of parking on the side streets as I think other hotels in the area also charged customers to pay in their parking garages. The breakfast did not include any protein options, fresh fruit or yogurt. "
