"It’s a nice location. They are very strict with the parking. We forgot to put our paper up one night in our car and we had a warning ticket on it. It all makes sense. Our unit could be cleaned a little bit more. There was dark hair in both bathrooms and dirt on the doors and make up but all in all we did have a fabulous trip. It is a nice unit."

"We had a wonderful stay. We shared this condo with another family, including four parents and SIX teenage daughters ranging from 13 to 18 years old, and we all survived!! The condo is clean, beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location. Our property manager was easily accessible and friendly. Highly recommended!"

"The condo was absolutely beautiful and so well supplied with everything we needed. Appliances were so nice and clean we hated to cook on and in them. Plenty of towels, seating, and beds. We had a fabulous time and hated to leave. We will definitely be back!!!"

"We were there in the off season for 8 nights. The unit is lovely and newly remodeled but lacks a place to sit outside. The cleaning crew might as well be non existent. It appears the stove and oven haven’t been cleaned in many visits, floors hadn’t been cleaned. There was pet hair visible on the upholstered chairs and pillows. No cleaning equipment such as a vacuum or mop are left out so you can’t do it yourself. There are also a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, closet door off...

"Priceless view from the swivel rockers or balcony. Wonderful ramp to the beach instead of stairs. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Nicely furnished kitchen.Plenty of space in the condo. Location is on quiet Okaloosa Island away from congestion of Destin. Easy access to many restaurants, activities and some shopping. Destin just a few miles away."

"Usually units aren’t quite as good as the pictures. This was different. Pictures were accurate, and the unit was even better than the pictures! Comfy seating and mattresses. Awesome view. Clean and well maintained facilities. Simple check in and out process. Definitely will be back!"
