New balcony with two slight views of the ocean. Three minute walk across the street to public beach access 1. Within walking distance to restaurants, clubs, Gulfarium, city fishing pier and shopping. Only minutes by car to Destin and the well known Crab Island. One 47" Smart TV W/ Basic Cable. 24" smart TV/ front bedroom/No Cable. Board games, umbrella and four beach chairs in closet. Must provide own beach towels.

This place is beautiful and super cozy you feel right at home here! Joyce was such an amazing host and helped with some last minute accommodations we will always book with her if possible. Also close to some very good restaurants and the beach is right across the street!

We had a great stay in Joyce’s condo! It was the perfect size for our little family of 4. Located right across the road from a beach entrance and very convenient to anywhere we needed to go. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had an AMAZING time here. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient!! There are several place to walk to eat from the condo. The ice cream shop with the mini golf has THE BEST strawberry ice cream!!!!! We will definitely be back here booking with Joyce!!!

A great vacation spot
This condo is very clean with beach decor in every room. It was the perfect place for my family. The unit even has extra amenities ie: beach items, books, games etc. The beach is walking distance.

Perfect location for a much needed getaway
Stayed a week in late May, public beach is a short walk across the street. The balcony was lovely and we were even able to watch the boardwalk fireworks show. Had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The beds and pillows are comfortable not super firm. Lots of towels available. My 6yr old cried when it was time to check out and he's still asking when can we go back. Thankful we were able to stay at such a wonderful accommodation.

What a great property amd an amazing experience! We enjoyed our stay immensely a d plan to visit again in the future. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted for our vacation.
