"We checked in late and Kevin was extra helpful in making sure we checked in quickly. Earlier, we had some issues with our vehicle and were not certain we could make it to check in. Amanda was, again, extremely helpful in this stressful situation. Excellnt staff, clean and very accessble, hence very pleased with our choice !!"

It was one time I felt like I shouldn’t have used Hotels.com, the situation was rectified, but not quite to my satisfaction. "We chose Mainstay for the price, but found it excellent and met our needs well. I especially appreciated the later (11:30) checkout, and they were even flexible enough to give us a little longer. Thank you! The room could be a little bigger for having a kitchen and eating there, but it worked out OK for that. Walls are a little thin for noise, but not terrible."
