"Great hotel and great location, a bit seedy/shady with the Motel 6 right next door and all the people hanging around. Front desk staff is awesome and the facility is good. Good breakfast, but carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced. Glad the front desk waived the cleaning fees for our pets."

"Booked there because of proximity to the airport with a very late arrival and early departure. The late-night staff member at the front desk was very nice. The only thing I'll point out is the advertised shuttle to/from the airport doesn't run at all times. I either didn't notice when I booked, or it isn't stated. I had to hire a car."

"Front desk/gentleman was amazing. Excellent customer service. We were in the process of a move and he allows me to park my moving truck in the front, assured me he’d keep an eye on it with security. Completely unexpected but generous and very kind of him. If you’ve driven through that area you’d understand. 5 stars for customer service and kindness."
