"I arrived at the hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there was no one at reception, no one answered the bell, I had someone who knew the managers call him no answer. Waited 1 1/2 hours,no one showed up so we had to make other arrangements. This was a 2 hour drive causing us to miss seeing several historic sites we wanted to see. "We enjoyed our stay at Lake Junaluska! The house was very clean and perfect for our needs with 2 small families. Important to know that only one bedroom is downstairs if traveling with people who have difficulty navigating stairs. There are 3 bathrooms which were perfect to accommodate all of us! Vacasa communicated very well, and even called to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice!"

"Basically all we wanted was a clean room and to have a swimming pool around where our daughter can swim and play. Phaistos has that and overall nothing unpleasant happened during our stay."
