You need to more clearly communicate upfront the Valet parking is $22 per day and is the only realistic option while staying at your Hotel."

"The Devlin staff was welcoming and courteous. I'd suggest providing additional blankets in the room. It was frigid outside and having an extra blanket or two would provide warmth and coziness."
