"Front desk staff was very polite but the first room they put me in (basic room, king bed) should have been closed for deep cleaning. It was bad enough that I was prepared to sleep in my car with 2 dogs in the Florida heat instead of in that room. When I requested a refund, the manager offered me a different room which I inspected before agreeing to stay.
