"After reading how in the ghetto's in Africa, you have to be careful if you are white. We decided it was near airport as stated, but in a shanty town that was with even driving 10 minutes off the main road. There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. "Murugo had everything we needed. It is a great location, in an authentic Kigali neighbourhood. It has a beautiful garden to sit out in and a nice view. It was clean and comfortable.
