We were stuck on the elevator, and when we called the call button the front desk, the staff did not seem happy with us because then the elevator had to be reset but that’s not our fault. The elevator wouldn’t go anywhere. There were some people there...

"We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. "

"Our hotel visit was fine, employees were nice, beds were comfortable. 1 thing happened though. We arrived late at night, settled in the room and went to bed. We never turned on our TV. A few hours later, we were all asleep and the TV suddenly turned on, with a Welcome message with my name? I had to get up, find the remote on the shelf and turn it off (so no one rolled over to turn it on accidentally) Weird..."
