In their zeal to avoid wasting electricity, the lights are linked to a device that detects movement. As long as it detects movement the lights stay on. As soon as you enter the shower and close the door, the light control can’t detect any movement and you wind up taking your shower in a pitch dark bathroom. We always carry an LED night light and we plugged that...

"The room was pretty basic, but it was fine and it was clean. There was no ironing board in the room, but the front desk provided one for me. They do not serve breakfast at the hotel. They also do not offer coffee or anything."
