"We arrived to find no area to park. Area was terrible ! Every other home had surveillance cameras and beware of dogs signs. Neighborhood had litter strewn all about. I live and work in Detroit michigan so I know what a dangerous neighborhood looks like and this was extremely unsafe. I accept that I have to pay because I cancelled but I feel that I should not have to pay the cleaning fee because there was nothing to clean. I use VRBO all the time and have never had a bad experience until...

"The property is well maintained and as described. We really loved the extra touches, such as baguette and chocolates waiting for us, and eggs in the fridge! The close distance to the river trail was perfect for walking the dog, and there were even river views from the front window. We won’t hesitate to book again even in town!"

Jordans communication was in a timely matter and always there to help when asked. Cons; I had to ask for how to check in because I didn’t get an email stating the codes or check in process. The same goes with the check out process. I received them via vrb email after I had already left. These are two key factors and should be communicated...

"Beautiful place so spacious with lots of storage. Pictures were so accurate. Kitchen was excellent perfect for our stay at home meals. Location was not too far from river bike trail. "

"This is a modern, quaint and uniquely decorated 1 bedroom unit. It was very clean, and had everything needed for a get away to central Pa. We walked the downtown area on Saturday evening, checked out a couple of local spots, and felt safe. The host is quick to respond and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. "

The upstairs did get hot with only one A/C unit in the master bedroom, but we made it work to keep the area cool enough for my daughters. "Our stay was peaceful and relaxing even though we were in the heart of downtown Harrisburg. Even the full-time residents at the building were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was VERY clean and welcoming. The best part of the trip was by far the communication between the us and the host. Very prompt and flexible service when we had an issue with the TV. We definitely give 5 plus stars!"
