The staff was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The breakfast was not really worth the price. The room does not have a kettle or fridge and a hairdryer has to be loaned from reception in exchange for a piece of ID, which we thought was strange but it worked out fine. "Comfortable, clean hotel, decent breakfast. Rooms are very small as you would imagine for the price but location is close to bus and tram stops. Good value for money!"

"Staff and breakfast and laundry service were good. No elevator and room was cold despite heater. We were in their “family” room which was accessed through a narrow staircase outside. Bathroom had no ventilation. Water pressure in shower was great however you had to hold the the shower wand since there was no place to put it, no shelves in the shower for soap or shampoo. "
