"Hello, First SHUT OUT TO Mariama and Lamine at the front desk-Great Customer Services always very helpful and with a Smile. Also, Amellia( i think I spelled it right-- (LOL) at the excursion desk, She help me with directions and provide me with the METRO MAP. PROS 1. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL TIME!! 2 Close to Eiffel Tower 10mins walk and to METRO #6 3. They Have A BAR which was nice and Abt 3 restaurants 4. Shopping strip right around the corner, with Restaurants, Shops and can buy anything you need. CONS 1. NO LAUNDRY ROOM-- just dry-cleaning service 2. Didn't have a Massage salon at the hotel. IT WAS A AMAZING STAY THANKS FOR MAKING MY 50TH BDAY AMAZING!! WILL BE BACK SOON! HAPPY NEW YEAR's EVERYONE 2025! "

"We enjoyed our stay in Les Jardin Hotel is so close to everything walkable to the Eiffel Tower and the River Cruise for lunch or dinner and it’s also a must do and the 3 ladies at the front desk are amazing very helpful whenever we have questions they answer us properly and the breakfast attendant 1 guy and 2 ladies they are also very helpful and they all speak English with us my husband and I highly recommend this hotel it’s in a small side but very clean."

"The property is centrally located and walking distance to many attractions. Staff is very friendly and ready help you. The only caveat, the rooms are quite small compared to American standards. The rooms are modern and uses state of art technology to control lighting, windows shades etc which I found it very cool. Eco friendly amenities is a way to go and I hope all hotels in the US adapt it"

"This is a beautiful hotel that has gone over and above to make the guests fell important and welcome , the appearance , and the quality of the material that has been used to build this hotel are the best. Our room on the sixth floor had a partial view of the Eifel Tower , and the room was large and absolutely beautiful. I can not say enough about this place."

"I was little skeptical choosing the property as there were few negative comments on review but I decided to try it anyway. I was nicely surprised as almost everything was perfect. Additionally adding free sparkling water on request was nice benefit ( although one male worker ( longer hair) was upset at female worker who refiled my bottle with sparkling water and was screaming/ talking with raised voice, at her in French and I hope this should be addressed , it was on 12/25/24 in the evening ) .Breakfast was good but I really missed some veggies such as cucumber or tomato or lattice, but my daughters did enjoy fresh and hot baked buns. Also Expedia does not show information that You have to request parking so there was no parking when I arrived but they did find it next morning. other than this ,room, bathroom, lobby , location and staff is perfect ! "
