"I am not a fan of having to pay for better internet. It's 2025, high speed WiFi should just be available without having to pay $4.95. Also the process to connect is clunky. I was traveling with a coworker who is in his mid 50s and not very techy. He struggled connecting to the WiFi. The page that asks you to spend $4.95 for better internet makes it look like you have to upgrade or you don't get internet access. For this reason, I probably will not stay at your hotel again the next time I'm in...

"Having to use the room key to turn the lights on is odd. A note explaining to turn the lights off by removing the key will not turn everything else in the room off would be helpful. I thought I had to leave the key in all the time. "
