Over all the rooms were fine and clean! However.. the pool was FREEZING cold and unable to be used, the hot tub was nice and big but it's clear that it's not cleaned often. There was garbage and popsicle sticks floating in it. Clumps of hair all around the edges. Over all just very dirty!

Room was clean and breakfast wasn't great but wasn't terrible. Only issue was the pool was very dirty, that's the whole reason we got the hotel room was for my son to go swimming and we ended up getting out of the pool because he had a big crawling on him as well and nats flying around and dead inside of the hot tub and pool

Checked in with service dog. As I do all the time at every other property I check in with informed them they told me that I never told them that I did and that I had a pet which is not a pet he is a service dog in Ada service dog. Told Expedia that lie the whole hotel smelled like sewage the keys didn't work so myself and my service dog that's they supposedly didn't know about got locked out in the middle of the night while I waited for the night auditor to wake up 45 minutes later and let us in our room and they told me that that never happened either that I must be making that up all in all was an absolute horrible stay rude staff no integrity absolutely disgusting

I have stayed at multiple hotels including this one and I have never been more disappointed. There was no hospitality, communication and or help from the staff. The cookies literally were burnt, the breakfast was cold and not prepared for the guests promptly like in the past. There was a tree on the second floor that had flashing lights on it and when I told the staff my husband has seizures and could they make the lights stop flashing I was told no. I will not stay here again and that's a shame because we have used this specific holtel for the past 18 years and not again. I paid over 200$ just to be stressed out for the holiday.
