"No tv remote, had to check it out at the office. No cable, all wi fi, that everyone else is using so little to no connection. Sheets clean but little stains. Toilet paper holder was broken. But ac was great and showers were hot. "

"We arrived for surgery. When we asked for an additional pillow we were told no because people steal them. The room was big and sufficient. It smelled clean and despite the fact that the bathroom area is in need of a remodel we were comfortable. The smoke alarm went off. I called and asked maintenance to come fix it.
