Nice and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The only minuse was that pool was not heated and somewhat dirty. I understand we came in January but it would be nice to have heated pool. But all employees were amazing, they kept hotel clean and were super responsive. Great breakfast options. We stayed for the week and had different hot options, ladies in the kitchen did great job!

I was surprised by the fact that Hampton provides great service. I throughly enjoyed my stay. The area was nice but a bit traffic which is obvious in Miami. I liked the room itself and the receptionist.

The hotel is fine. They were having some issues with the elevator (only one of two was working, and even that one shad some functioning issues). The room cleaning only happened 2x during a 4-day stay, which was understandable given that it was during the holiday. We would stay there again, but would hope for some minor improvements.
