"Good value, basic budget motel. The location is near the lake, restaurants and the main sports/entertainment venue in Penticton. Rooms are dated and a bit tired, but mine was a good size, well-maintained and clean. I visited in off-season and arrived after hours, and there were no staff in the office, but communication was good and I was given pass code for the room. I would stay there again when next in Penticton."

The only thing I have issue with and not only here is that the beds are getting too high to either sit on or climb up on. Desk staff was excellent and friendly, will be staying again."
