The motel sign was torn-up, but that may have been due to a recent windstorm. The lobby was not open, so you pay through a window, which always suggests crime issues in the neighborhood. "Stopped into town on our family's way to Houston. Got in aftet midnight but the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. Our kids loved the cereal for breakfast and there was plenty of green space at that exit for our dogs to roam 🐕 "
