"The first floor men’s bathroom was disgusting and both men’s and women’s were required to be locked because of displaced people in the area using the facilities to keep warm. Evening check in was good. The clerk was nice and helpful. The room was ok. Other than needing some updating on charging ports. The pool was clean but one of the wall lights inside the pool was loose and floating in the water and no one bothered to gather wet towels from the previous night and replace them. We saw several...

"We didn’t like was that the trash bags were left in the bottom or side of the bin and not opened and put in the can. Our double room only had 3 towels and we had 4 people so had to call down but they were brought up promptly. Geri at the desk was awesome. "

"I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!"
