"This was our families 5th Holiday trip to Splash Harbor. When you have younger children, the "water park" is big enough for them to have fun and a little freedom, but still small enough that you can keep your eye on them at all times. Hotel itself is very clean. Staff has always been wonderful. Pool hours are great 8am-10pm accommodates 4pm check-in and 11pm check-out. We have requested the connecting rooms each stay and been fortunate enough to get them. For some reason a 12, 8, 6, 4 and 2 year old had just as much fun running through the doors. Will continue to be a yearly trip until it is outgrown. "

"The staff was honestly incredible. We travel a lot and the staff really stood out here. Friendly attentive and so kind. The bathroom has peeling wallpaper and all three bottles in the shower were broken so we were unable to use the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The location was perfect, the pool was clean and breakfast we delicious. "

"This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to connect and make us feel wanted as guests. The beds were nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you so much for another great stay! "

"Great historical inn to stay at. Only downside was there was no register to pipe heat into the bathroom. So the bathroom was freezing. No heat source at all in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was great. It was a nice size and bed was very comfortable with a down comforter. Inn staff eas very cordial and helpful."
