"Our stay started off terrible. Housekeeping literally made up dirty beds for a room change over. My mom found a dirty used tissue in her bed and I found food crumbs in mine. I called the front desk and the only suggestion she offered was to bring us new sheets and make up our own beds. Livid doesn’t even begin to describe. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one would not be there until 2 days after the complaint. Requested to still speak to a manager and I’m still waiting. I...

"We liked having a microwave and fridge in the room. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows!"

"Staff is super sweet! I was only there just to sleep but the room was clean, AC blew cold, there were areas to sit outside for eat/relax, and the creek was nice to view! Deposit was returned the same day as checkout which was a nice surprise! I would definitely stay here again. You're allowed to bring a dog for $50. I would ask if a poop bag station could be installed in the pet area as I think most travelers would find that convenient. Thanks again!!"

"Our stay was excellent. Check in and check out was super convenient. Only two very minor things I would like to see improve are more options for breakfast and a microwave in the rooms. I will be considering Tru hotels again when I travel."
