"Reason for staying was for hot tub cause bad back and went to sit in it and it was cold! Swimming pool was warmer than hot tub! Little disappointed! Bed was comfortable! "

"The hotel its self was prety good. People were nice. Parking was great. They alow pets and thats great for those in need. The room however was not clean. My daughter and I got down on our hands and knees to clean the floor. The dresser was wiped off and the beds were made, bathroom looked wiped over but wasnt clean! We cleaned it. Besides that issue there was no remote for the TV I requested one twice but did not receive one. Its a good thing I had my tablet for my 3 year old disabled grandson...

"Everything was great except there was an issue with the internet when we initially arrived. It worked for smartphones but struggled with our xbox’s and laptops. After calling customer support they fixed it within a few hours. I was happy with the response time and the outcome. Rooms were clean and staff was extremely friendly. "
