"The room was amazing. I stayed for my birthday. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was decent. I stayed 2 days and had a wonderful time."

"We always try to stay at this staten island location. We do like the convenience of being so close to the mall and other places to shop and eat. The only issue that we always have here is that it is dated. Chairs and sofas in the room, some carpeting and wall and ceiling touch ups should be thought about. Cloth chairs are simply not hygienic at all. Also, some of the staff, mostly the men, are not welcoming at all. I can say this because we have stayed here several times, and the male front desk...

"The only reason I did not rate it higher was due to a misleading picture "to me" that looked like a slightly bigger parking lot. It was fine for cars and trucks alone and I was able to jackknife the trailer in a spot but the parking lot pictures appeared to be be bigger than the actual parking lot. Not necessarily a bad review or bad place to stay that close to NY but I was hoping for more parking lot room. Overall stay was satisfactory."

"I like the safe location and convenience of property. Staff is very professional always. What I didn't like is getting sick from horrible lingering strong foul odor of skunk marijuana permeated into my room. Some rude guests are Not complying with the hotel's NO SMOKING policy. This is a nuisance as well as a serious health concern for for myself and other guests."
