Location was good with a 10 minute walk to Cony Island. However you walk through a pretty rough area of town. I would not recommend you do it at night.

Please know this is in a bad neighborhood. You will not find cafes or restaurants nearby. It’s not safe to walk around, especially in the evening. Our Uber driver warned us to be very careful when he dropped us off. The service and staff are excellent. The hotel is clean.
