"This is our second year staying here in order to go on the Christmas train ride. It has always been clean and staff are friendly. The only issue we had this year was our tv went out and we called the front desk, they said to wiggle the cables etc and the internet may be not working. We tried all that, but it didnt work. "I traveled alone with my two young sons to the train in Romney, and his hotel option was clean, safe, welcoming and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and the cookies at checkin were a fun surprise! A wonderful option where there are only a few hotels. "

"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. "We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. "The cabin was tucked in the mountains with trees all around. The cabin was so good that we stayed indoors all the 4 days and never felt the need to go outside. Modern amenities but at the same time a rustic decor. Very spacious. Super clean bedding and bathrooms. Highly recommend."
